TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE 1. The purchaser shall pay for all goods and services purchased from Rabco Ag Ltd (“the Company”) in full, without deduction on the 20th day of the month following the date of invoice (“the due date”) by making payment to the office of the Company. 2. If payment is not made in full on or before the due date then the Company shall be entitled to charge interest on the overdue amount of 2% each month. 3. The purchaser shall be immediately liable for all costs of collection and legal fees incurred by the Company in the recovery or attempted recovery of any overdue amounts. 4. All goods will remain the property of the Company until such time as they are paid for in full.
